The short version
Jr. Accountant is a local-first desktop application. Your client data, folder contents, and practice information never leave your computer. We do not have access to it. Period.
What we collect (waitlist only)
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and optionally your name and professional role (CA / CS / Tax Consultant). This information is used solely to:
- Send you product updates and early access invitations
- Understand our audience to build a better product
We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties.
The desktop application
The Jr. Accountant desktop app (.exe) processes all data entirely on your local machine. This includes:
- Client folder contents and file names
- Compliance status and filing history
- Any documents, PDFs, or spreadsheets scanned
None of this data is transmitted to our servers, stored in the cloud, or shared with any third party. This design is intentional and compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Analytics
This website uses Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymized page view data (no cookies, no personal identifiers). We use this solely to understand how many people visit the site.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your waitlist data at any time by emailing us at jracc.co@gmail.com. We will remove your data within 7 business days.
